Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your BenjiLock and our Care team will do everything possible to ensure you are happy. Most of the time, we can help answer questions and provide assistance that resolves every issue.
In the unlikely event that you have a defective lock, we will exchange it for you within 365 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase dated receipt required.
You will be responsible for your own shipping cost to return your BenjiLock By Hampton. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you track and insure your parcel.

Include a copy of the receipt/proof of purchase.
Once we receive the BenjiLock it will be inspected, and if approved, a warranty replacement will be processed at that time and shipped to you at no additional expense.
