In the case that you have lost the keys, we will exchange it for you within 365 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase dated receipt required.
You will be responsible for your own shipping cost to return your BenjiLock By Hampton. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you track and insure your parcel.
